Earlier Today| Dr. Radzata A. Abdulgani, Chief Administrative Officer of Cotabato City State Polytechnic College and part-time faculty of the Graduate College presented her dissertation paper entitled "Participation of Private Sectors in Local Governance in South Central Mindanao, Philippines" at the 7th International Conference on Public Administration and Development organized by the Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre on February 6, 2020 at BPATC Savar, Dhaka Bangladesh.

     Joining her are her co-author and Dean of Graduate College, Dr. Saidamin P. Bagolong; Dr. Stanley Bruce Thomson from MacEwan University Canada; Syed Mizanur Rahman, ndc of BPATC-Member Directing Staff; Dr. Shila Devi Ramadass of National Institute of Public Administration Malaysia; Dr. Abu Shalin M. Asaduzzaman of Ministry of Public Administration Bangladesh; Dr. Ita Mary O'Donovan of Beechgroves Associates United Kingdom; Mst. Marzina Preguri from University of Rajshahi Bangladesh; and Dr. Aly Shameem of Civil Service Commission Maldives.
