After more than a month of tedious but successful search for the next CCSPC Presidency, the Board of Trustees have finally decided- Prof. Sema G. Dilna, Ed.D is the fifth president. Prior to his victory, Dr. Dilna is the current Vice President for Academic Affairs and used to be the Dean of the Graduate College. Serving the institution for 22 years, this 44 year old president elect completed his doctorate degree in Educational Management and Master of Arts in Education at Cotabato City State Polytechnic College.

      During the public forum, he emphasized in his agenda, envisioning the institution to be a world-class development hub for public and private sectors, a leading educational institution in Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao in providing and promoting a globally-competitive quality programs, projects, and innovation thereby becoming responsive to the emerging challenges of the ASEAN integration and the internationalization of education. His mission is to deliver excellent quality of learning, advanced and globally competitive research outputs productive and community-needs responsive extension services, maximize income generating activities for self-reliance, and uphold moral values in coping with national development.
